Envie [ah(n)-vee] means a longing, desire, want, or inclination. 

Some Southerners might use the word “hankering” where a Cajun would use “envie.”  An example would be: “I’ve got an envie for some Gumbo!”

This seasoning blend was created out of our desire to AMP UP the seasoning blend that had been our go-to for almost 20 years.  Forgive us for bragging…but, we NAILED IT!   

We use ENVIE - in literally every meal we cook!!! And, we are willing to bet it will become your go-to seasoning for all things savory (if it isn't already!)!
