Shipping policy

  • We will do our best to ship within 24 to 48 hours! 
  • Unfortunately, we have no way to ensure that USPS will deliver packages within a certain timeframe.  We truly hate this!  But, it is out of our hands. 

  • If you experience issues with delivery, please contact USPS with your tracking number. The tracking number can be found in the email you will receive once the item(s) ship(s).

    If you need help finding your tracking number, please contact us at elizabeth@txkjn.com and we will be happy to get the tracking information to you right away!

  • Please note that USPS tracking can take 24 hours of processing to update, and up to 48 hours during high volume shipping times. 

  • We do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays, so orders placed after 1 pm on Friday and throughout the weekend, will ship the next business day. Please know we are as excited for you to receive your items as you are and promise to work as quickly as possible to get your items to you right away!

  • We currently ship to the USA only.
