These fish tacos are super simple! They are the perfect weeknight meal to cook up in a hurry. The flavors are refreshing and delicious!
Ingredient List:
Sauce- Tiger Sauce
- Worcestershire
- Yellow mustard
- Mayo
- Ketchup
- TX-KJN Envie
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Onion, chopped
- Cilantro, chopped
- Green onion, chopped
- Jalapenos, finely chopped (we use very little in ours!)
- Mango, chopped
- Lime juice, season to taste
- TX-KJN Envie
- Farm-raised catfish filets
- TX-KJN Envie- lightly dusted
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Shredded cabbage
Cooking Instructions:
Sauce: combine equal parts of ingredients and season with Envie. If you don’t want the heat, leave out the Tiger Sauce. Tiger Sauce has vinegar in it so omitting it will change the overall taste of the sauce.
Mango Salsa: This will depend on how much salsa you want. Mix ingredients together with amounts that you prefer. There is no right or wrong way to make this salsa.
Fish: Season filets with a good coating of Envie on both sides. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Pan sear fish until cooked through.
These tacos are so good! Warm up your tortillas, layer the fish, sauce, cabbage, and mango salsa and enjoy!
